G22 is a Filipino girl group formed by Cornerstone Entertainment in 2022.

Originally a quartet, the group debuted with members AJ, Alfea, Bianca, and Jaz.

Their name, G22, is inspired by the Glock 22 firearm, symbolizing their aim to make a powerful impact in the music industry.

The group debuted on February 25, 2022, with their single “BANG!” and quickly gained recognition as the “Female Alphas of Philippine Pop.”

They have released several singles, including “Babalik,” “Defy,” and “Boomerang.”

In December 2022, they released “Takin’ Over,” the official theme song for Mutya ng Pilipinas 2022.

In September 2023, Bianca departed from the group due to personal and family reasons, and G22 continued as a trio.

Following her departure, they released a rendition of Dionela’s “Musika” and contributed “Loka” to the soundtrack of the film “Shake, Rattle & Roll Extreme.”

In April 2024, G22 made their international debut by guesting on the Chinese reality show “Show It All,” hosted by EXO’s Lay Zhang, where they performed “Babalik” and “Boomerang.”

They also released the single “One Sided Love” in the same month. The current members of G22 are:

G22 has been nominated for several awards, including the Wish Pop Song of the Year for “One Sided Love” at the 10th Wish Music Awards.
